Blue Hole & Dunns River Tour

Your Blue Hole and Dunns River excursion begins with pickup from either the Falmouth Port or your Falmouth Resort.  From here enjoy a scenic journey along Jamaica’s Golden North Coast to Ocho Rios. Along the way, take in the beautiful scenery as you pass through many towns and villages to experience Jamaica first-hand.  Your driver/guide will provide commentary on places of interest.

Your driver/guide will first take you to the Irie Blue Hole, just 25 minutes out of the town of Ocho Rios. The Irie Blue Hole, also known as the Secrets Falls is now one of Jamaica’s favorite attractions for tourists. This waterfall is located in a relatively secluded untouched area travelling on a hilly terrain.

Experience true nature at this exhilarating waterfall. The deep blue waters of the river winds through Jamaica’s hills, forests and villages along their path to the Caribbean Sea. Sections of the Blue Hole are very deep, which makes it excellent for divers and thrill seekers. Swim in the pools, Swing on the Tarzan rope, explore small caves, Cliff jump and more, the choice is yours. Your Blue Hole stop is approximately 1 hour.

On completion of your Blue Hole Adventure, your driver/tour guide will take you on a leisurely 30 minutes drive to the more popular waterfall. Dunns River is the most popular tourist attraction in Jamaica. Seeing or climbing this is truly a unique and amazing adventure that everyone should experience at least once.

At Dunn’s River Falls, you may climb the falls in supervised groups or on your own. If you are not up to the climb, you may walk along the side and enter the water from several entry points. If you are not comfortable climbing the falls you can enjoy them from several vantage points along the length of the cascading river. Your Dunns River Falls stop is approx 1 hour and 30mins, and allows you time for a little local shopping, sample some local foods or simply relax on the beach.

After your Dunns River experience, we head on over to the local restaurant where you can try out authentic Jamaica Cuisine (cost of lunch is not included).

Your tour concludes with a ride back to your Falmouth resort or Falmouth port.  During your trip back, if you wish to make a stop to pick up some souvenirs, you can make the request with your driver/guide who will be happy to facilitate your request.
